Eligibility for Refunds
At PHILIPSTANTON, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being refunded, including perishable goods, custom products, and downloadable software. We also do not refund any items purchased on sale unless the item is defective.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
